As a nonprofit organization, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.
For distributed goods (such as clothing, food, or supplies), exchanges may be permitted under limited circumstances:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Requests must be made within a reasonable time frame (1–3 business days)
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
–Opened hygiene products
-Food items
-Used clothing or personal care items
Exchanges are subject to availability
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
