Cleanliness & Hygiene Clause
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all participants, all individuals entering our premises or participating in programs must adhere to basic cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements include:
-Wearing clean, appropriate clothing
-Practicing personal hygiene
-Properly disposing of trash and maintaining shared spaces
-Following all posted sanitation guidelines
-Individuals who present a health or sanitation concern may be respectfully asked to leave -or may be denied participation until standards are met.
Security & Safety Clause
The safety and security of all participants, staff, and visitors is a top priority.
By entering our premises or participating in any program, individuals agree to:
-Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
-Refrain from disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior
-Respect the safety and well-being of others
The organization reserves the right to:
-Monitor premises for safety purposes (including use of cameras where applicable)
-Conduct bag checks if necessary for security concerns (where legally permissible)
-Contact law enforcement or emergency services when required
At-Will Premises & Right to Refuse Service
This is a private property operated by a nonprofit organization. Entry and participation are granted at will.
We reserve the absolute right to:
-Refuse service or entry to any individual
-Remove any guest, visitor, or participant at any time
-Deny access to individuals deemed unsafe, disruptive, non-compliant, or in violation of policies
-Enforce restrictions, bans, or permanent removal of individuals as necessary
This includes, but is not limited to:
-Barred or restricted individuals
-Individuals engaging in harassment, violence, or illegal activity
-Individuals refusing to comply with organizational policies
All decisions regarding removal or restriction are made at the sole discretion of the organization to protect the community.

By participating in our programs, visiting our premises, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all policies outlined above.
